A Cabernet Franc Tasting

We'll explore the truth behind the Cabernet Franc varietal...What is it? And why is so much of it grown in Michigan?

Students will also get the opportunity to taste through a series of Cabernet Franc wines from all over the globe and assess their differences.

 

The class is taught by Caryn Chachulski, MS in Enology, Fresno State University
