2002 Dry
Sparkling Wine

The non-traditional blend is exotic and eminently likeable. The grapes were selected from two different locations on Old Mission Peninsula to create this balanced wine. Fermented in the bottle and aged on the lees for 5 years, this sparkler developed a subtle yet vibrant bouquet and rich mouth feel.
