2007 Chardonnay

Our Chardonnay is planted on both east and west-facing slopes. The eastern slope receives gentle early morning sun, while the western slope receives direct afternoon sun. The juice is fermented in our 630 gal French oak tanks (the first of their kind in Michigan). Fermenting in a large oak tank achieves a harmonious blend of ripe tropical fruit flavors balanced with delicate oak nuances and an explosive, prolonged finish.
