2007 Rosé

Cabernet Franc is one of the few cool climate red varietals in our area that produces intensely flavored red wines. Grapes for Rosé production are selected based on ripeness and flavor development. The 2007 vintage allowed us to pick the grapes at very ripe maturity levels to achieve this deeply colored and bold Rosé.
