2021 Late Harvest Riesling
Is our Late Harvest sweet? Well, sure. But that’s hardly the most interesting thing about it. Rather—note the electric interplay of sugar and acidity that dances on your palate. Note the intense aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle. And by all means—note how it takes your favorite spicy pad Thai to the next level.

It was a cool spring followed by an average to warm summer, and fall rains came early. Fruit was sourced from both the north portion of the vineyard (where there are younger vines on lower, sandier soil) and the south portion (where the vines are older and are located on a west-facing slope). The canopy was starting to turn golden but was still healthy when we picked. About 10-15% of the fruit showed botrytis.
