Tasting Notes
Opens with vanilla, butterscotch, honey, Golden Delicious apple, and citrus blossom. The palate shows yellow plum, crème brulee, and honeydew melon, followed by beeswax, honey, and graham cracker. The finish is clean, long, textured, and velvety.

Sourced from the 2 Lads estate vineyard (50%) and the Stonewall vineyard (50%).
Winemaker Notes
Chardonnay 809 clone from the 2 Lads estate; Weimer clone from Stonewall estate. Settled for 48 hours and racked to barrels. 100% barrel fermentation and aging. Partial malolactic. Fermented in mix of 2019 French oak and 2020/2021 acacia.
