Vineyard Notes
The fruit was sources from both the north and south blocks of the Fouch vineyard on Old Mission peninsula. The two sites compliment each other well; the north block highlights Riesling's bright, racy energy, while the south block tends towards a riper, more giving expression of the grape.
Production Notes
Slow, cool fermentation; arrested at 60 g/L (≈ 6.0% residual sugar).
