Big floral and stone fruit aromatics - think jasmine, white peach, and ripe nectarine. The palate is off-dry, with boisterous melon and tangerine flavors. Generous acidity ensures a lip-smacking finish that'll have you coming back for a second glass...or a third...
Production Notes
The fruit was hand sorted upon reaching the winery as 15% of the grape clusters displayed botrytis. They were then immediately pressed into a tank for cold settling. After 7 days the juice was racked off the lees. The cold cellar conditions this winter made for a slow (120 days!) fermentation process.
